Just completed a full renovation on my 2002 pool. Pulled the permit, brought it to code, installed the prettiest glass tile, and entire new finish. We love our pool again and will be referring them to all my friends.
Great company, great customer service, always answered when we called and finished the project in the allowed time.
I chose Tropical Pools because of the many positive reviews. Sadly, I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews. The entire process was a nightmare from Day 1. They damaged my property, tool shed, and even the walls of my house. The crew they sent out were mostly inexperienced (or simply lazy). I called to complain on Day 2 and was told "Don't worry, we'll take care of it." Salesman Ronnie was very communicative- calling to following in the evening and weekends if we had questions or concerns. He even spent part of Mother’s Day making sure our new pool was full and ready to go when we came to town! I would highly recommend. The pool is gorgeous!
