I contacted this firm's Darko for the purpose of getting assistance with my leaking pool (which was constructed by other people years ago), and had a detailed discussion, or rather video-consultation with him. Through FaceTime he examined my pool (to the best of his ability), and gave me a valuable advice as to what should be done to fix the issue. Tropical Pools professionalism, was exemplary. From the point of contact, phone calls, text messages and emails were always answered promptly. Darko and Luca were extremely obliging with the whole process of refurbishing our pool. Peter and his team did an amazing job of re-surfacing our pool with “Jewles”For Pools” - FBC25. The perfect Santorini Blue. I highly recommend Tropical Pools.
Absolutely sensational. The workman shop on our beautiful pool from beginning to end has been nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning Darko, Maria, and all of there team and people who worked was above and beyond our expectations. In my head I new what we wanted I explained it to Darko and next thing he had it all drawn out. We signed and work started. We would highly recommend Tropical Pools of Australia to any one and everyone. Customer care was above and beyond. I could go on and on. Trust me you will not be dis... read more
We absolutely love our stunning new pool!!! We are so happy that we created our dream pool with Tropical Pools of Australia. They made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Darko has gone above and beyond in every single way. He has always been available to give advice and updates on the phone and he has made many trips to our house before, during and after the construction of our pool. Darko is always so friendly, professional and reliable - the best tradesperson we have ever worked with. We will highly recommend this lo... read more
We began our pool project in October 2024 and chose this wonderful family-run company — a decision we’ve never looked back on. From start to finish, Darko was honest, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. His son Luka, based in Sydney, was always available during construction and even afterward to ensure everything went smoothly. Maria was equally responsive and attentive, promptly answering all our emails and keeping us updated throughout the process. While the journey was mostly seamless, we did encounter a few minor ... read more
