I did not have to use his services however the time he took on the phone to walk me through how to unclog my pool lines was amazing! He explained everything in detail and helped me fix my pool! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

So we went on vacation and came home to find our pump was making a terrible noise. After calling a few other companies, I reached out to Tropical Pools and based on a quick discussion, Bud let me know that I only need to replace my motor instead of the entire pump, which was a much cheaper repair, and gave me a quote on the spot.
