First year of having an in-ground swimming pool and it was challenging. Every step of the way all the Staff from sales to service were awesome to deal with and helped us out so much. From the last home owners leaving us an algae problem that they helped clear up quickly, to replacing a 30 year old (yes, 1994) pool heater they were there to assist. They really helped to make our first year of pool ownership enjoyable and by doing so have made us loyal customers. I recommend them for all your pool, hot tub and leisure needs.

If you need anything pool or spa related, this is the place to go! Phil at Tropical was extremely kind and informative. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. I learned more from him in 15 minutes than I could in 100 hours of googling. Can’t remember the last time I had service like that, so thank you!!

We recently had a new pool liner put in our pool. The staff at Tropical pool and spa were amazing. The service was incredible and staff were very professional. We would highly recommend using this business😊

Best place for chemicals. Especially for well water for filling your hot tub. So many other places convinced me to use their chemicals and 100% they are not the same. The other stain and scales are just not strong enough for well water with Iron. Use Eliminate with the pure blue and u have clear water in a day and half. I tried for 5 days to clear the iron with coast spa products and it didn’t work. I should know better as this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I highly recommend Tropical Pools and Spa Prince George Location!! Phil is highly knowledgable!! He answered all my questions which helped me make an informed decision. Phil always kept me updated through the process, responds back in a timely fashion. The set up and install went seamless thanks to his team. I love my new Beachcomber 5 person hot tub!!
