Tropical Pools had put in a chlorinator on my saltwater pool less than a year ago. It quit working I called the company . They sent Tropical Pools a work order to replace it. I have called Tropical Pool service several times over the last three months to replace it. They claim they had not received the work order. It had been sent to them a few times . I was cc on each email sent . I would not use them. They do not standby the work they do.
We attempted to get a quote for pool service and renovation. For the pool service he never winded up responding so I went with a different company. Months later, we reached out separately for a pool renovation and he came by to inspect. We asked for a quote he said that weekend. We sent a few follow up texts and never received the quote. We kept checking in over the next few weeks and nothing. Very unprofessional especially when we were ready to do the work as soon as possible.
Very friendly, but more importantly he knows his business and is very good at it.
Very professional and they know their stuff.
