Fixed my robot two weeks out of warranty period, because they understood the difficulties for me to travel the 2 hr one way trip over the busy December, xmas, and new year period to get up to them. Robot now works like it's brand new, thank you so very much
Contacted Brett from Tropical Pool Maintenance in October last year for a quote to repair our Inground pool. He gave a verbal quote but we asked for a written one. Numerous emails and phone calls and messages later, still no response after 4 months. They rarely answer the phone at the shop and do not respond to emails. After sending one final email attempt asking for a response ASAP Brett advised yesterday he now can’t do the job. Doesn’t have the man power apparently. One guy came to property for quote and inspection last Friday. On that day only that guy came to the house and after that I missed a makita sander with battery near the entrance door and a new 3m full face mask been taken from the box in the garage.
