We could not have been more displeased with the service provided by Tropical Plumbing. While the President, Mr. Beeck,, was kind and personable, he disappeared after the sale of the service. We were told by his project manager “don’t call Charlie, you’re dealing with me now.” Every interaction after that was fraught with difficulty and unpleasantness.
