A truly wonderful stay! When we arrived we saw the hotel was under construction and were a bit disconcerted. But the rooms are incredibly nice! Also, Julian the front desk employee was super helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and accommodated. HIGHLY recommend this hotel to all due to the room quality and also Julian's superior service!
BED BUGGS & FRAUD Spent 5 days here for work and vacation. Left covered in Bed bug bites and when I told the front desk they had me change rooms then asked me NOT to bring my things into the new room so that the bedbugs wouldn’t spread. I was very calm because yes these things happen. Please tell me why the NEXT day management told me there was no bedbugs. And that they had mattresses with this anti-bedbug technology.
