Very disappointed with the front desk staff at this orthodontist office. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. In the beginning they act very sweet, but once the payment is made, their behaviour completely changes. They expect you to arrive exactly on time, but even if you wait there for a long time for your turn, they don’t care. If you are even 5 minutes late, they cancel your appointment without any understanding. Very bad experience — I do not recommend this place at all.

Dr. Schacher is amazing — precise, efficient, and personally places every single bracket on all his patients, showing his dedication and attention to detail. Amazing orthodontist!!! My sister, brother, and I all came here for braces and had such a great experience. The team was such a pleasure to deal with, helpful, friendly, and professional. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Highly recommend Tropical Ortho to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care!
