i have been a patient for 1 year, and I must say Dr. Schacher and his team are incredible. From the front desk to the hygienst Bruna and Amanada , everyone is so kind and professional. I am beyond happy with my results so far!
I started treatment four years ago and, due to several health complications, had to take a break. I recently resumed my treatment, and the experience has been just as wonderful as before. Dr. Schacher treats patients like family, and the entire staff is extremely pleasant. If you’re looking for an orthodontist, this is the place to go!
Dr. Schacher and his team are amazing! The environment is warm and welcoming and the staff members are accommodating. Dr. Schacher is very knowledgeable and provided my son with a treatment plan that did not involve extracting teeth, which we were happy about. Dr. Schacher also provided a detailed explanations of the process and procedures to reach the goals of the treatment. I cannot wait to see my son’s final results!
Very disappointed with the front desk staff at this orthodontist office. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. In the beginning they act very sweet, but once the payment is made, their behaviour completely changes. They expect you to arrive exactly on time, but even if you wait there for a long time for your turn, they don’t care. If you are even 5 minutes late, they cancel your appointment without any understanding. Very bad experience — I do not recommend this place at all.
