I had a disappointing experience at this location. I initially chose this place because it is close to my job, but the service I received was not professional. I called ahead to confirm that my insurance was in-network, and my insurance company verified that it was. However, when I arrived, staff told me they do not accept my insurance. If I could give a NEGATIVE review.......starting at LESS than zero.....-5 is suitable......I definately would. Rude, unprofessional behavior from the top down: Started at the 26th Street location: 1. The lady at the front desk was rude and aggressive. Had a stink face and "told" me to have a seat. I moved to the side so she could help other patients. She again tried to "order" me to sit down and tried to waive me off and said she had another patient. I was already off to the side so there was no need for her to even address ... read more
