HORRIBLE! I Called in to make an appointment at tropical optical on 3624 W 26th street and I couldn't even ask a question without this lady yelling back! Getting annoyed and yelling back once again. Obviously we have to try and fit our schedule but anywayyyysss in response I just hung up on her. Definitely not willing to waste my time with that rudeness. Im going to take my son somewhere else! Dont waste your time with that unprofessional woman who shouldn't even have a job! Enough said!
