We had a snapped timing belt and were ready to wreck our van after it was declared dead by privions lazy and dishonest mechanic. Needles to say we came to tropical motors pretty hopeless and with little resources. They were helpful, kind and efficient all the way. They fixed the car, and serviced it a fair price. We are safely back on the road and very thankful.
Booked in for a transmission overheating issue & brakes. Had car well over 7 hrs. I had to call twice for an update to be told they never did the cooling kit for transmission. Didn’t call fleet company to arrange payment. Tried to say they don’t do fleet but had a big fleet sticker on the door, plus I explained to them in th morning it was fleet. Chris and his team went way above and beyond to get me out of trouble whilst holidaying in Broome. Can not recommend the workshop enough
Took my troopy in after developing a starting issue on the Gibb, was thinking it was the starter but after a quick check Chris discovered it was a lead issue. Managed to get a service done instead. Chris is great to deal with, happy to answer questions and share knowledge and doesn't make you feel like an idiot for asking 'dumb' questions. Would definitely go back
I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. About a week ago I came in for a routine service, where the mechanics identified an issue with my shock absorber and asked me to order the replacement part myself. I followed their instructions and scheduled another appointment for today. Despite having a confirmed booking, I had to wait several hours before anyone even attended to my car.
