I used Tropical for the first time to get from my home to a Dr appointment and back. 10 out of 10 would recommend and use again! Prompt, professional, personable, clean equipment and vehicle. James was great!

Hung up 3x - unprofessional - I received a return call from Lynn and I scheduled the transport service. I am pleased with their service. Mr. James (the transporter) was kind and professional. I am happy I decided to give them a chance. Prices were competitive and service was top notch.

Amazing Service. My family needed a last minute Transport Service for a Loved one. I made a call, the Customer Service was Excellent. Very professional, friendly and most importantly caring. Exactly what we needed to ensure our Loved One was Comfortable. We felt safe and comfortable with them transporting our Loved One.
