What a huge disappointment!! I have used this company several times. They have no showed on a few occasions and I always gave them the benefit of a doubt and reacheduled. This last time, the cleaning girl, Velma, showed up an hour and a half late!!! She refused to apologize and I never got a call back from the owner!! Wow!! They lost a good customer!!
