Worked very hard to get our HOA to change our lawncare contract to Tropical. They started the contract in April 2020, but now after over a week of trying to get Louis or Stephanie on the phone, they have not returned my calls or texts. Last week, they just didn't show up to mow our lawns. I am begging for a phone call to find out what is happening!! Anyone else having the same issues?
Our HOA hired them in April, 2020. They provided minimal services through June never living up to contract terms, much less the promises made during negotiating the contract. Never showed up in July. Not one response to phone calls, emails, text messages, certified mail, snail mail. I know these are troubled times but they could at least have notified us and we would have worked through difficulties they may have had.
Interesting how so many of the 5 star reviews were posted exactly 7 months ago. I use to have a beautiful healthy lawn until I signed a contract for Tropical lawn care to cut my lawn and trim my hedges. They destroyed my lawn with their careless cutting. I have more weeds than grass now. My lawn is now diseased and infested with pest thanks to Tropical cutting the grass extremely to low which opened it up for disease. Very receptive to conversations. Corrections are always made promptly and respectfully. They are very knowledgeable and environmentally sensitive. I highly recommend them.
