After 15 years I now have to find a new HVAC company! I called to have the humidifier looked at didn’t seem to be functioning. Technician came and found it to be working fine. Total time less than 10 minutes! So I was thinking to have the furnace checked over while he was here. The service call charge was $177. Now I’m told the inspection would be an additional $177 ! The tech was already on site he hasn’t need to do much at all and now they want another full charge??? I declined!!! Won’t be calling this company again!
Probably the very best company in the GTA for custom HVAC, snowmelt, hydronic and geothermal builds. Service and quality above and beyond in every way.
Tropical is extremely reliable, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need. I can not thank them enough for the work that they do.
Bernie did a great job fixing our furnace and installing our Smart Thermostat! He arrived exactly when he said he would and provided excellent service. I will definitely be using Tropical again in the future and highly recommend their services.
