I love my vehicle, but your customer service is well below your own expectations. Failure to return phone calls , management non contactable , staff left to fend for them selves in situations well above their competence. And I wont mention in detail the lies ! Being hopeful you can resolve my issue that has been going on for 18 months ! So bad,

Absolutely fantastic service, if there were more than 5 stars I would give as many as possible. I called in at around 1pm and asked if they could do a service on my new GWM Tank 500 the next day not expecting anything, but they managed to do it there and then, they even gave me a courtesy car… Louisa was amazing, super helpful. 3 hours later I got a call to say it was done…. This was Jan 2nd I can only imagine that they didn’t even have a full team. Highly recommend..!!
