The lady taking my order was very rude, she seemed to be the manager but was very short with me and not welcoming. I love tropical grille and often visit other locations but I will not be returning to this one
Enjoyed it.
No one greeted. 3 to 4 minutes later I was acknowledged. Manager acted like she did not want to be there. Food took forever. Sandwich was cold ...croquettes were drenched in oil. Empanada so greasy and soggy it fell apart at first bite like mush. I approached manager and she was like "yeah it's been happening, not sure why". That's it. Thanks. Life is expensive and Tropical Grille will always be # 1 ! Please address the concerns at this location! You guys are still the best!
