No one greeted. 3 to 4 minutes later I was acknowledged. Manager acted like she did not want to be there. Food took forever. Sandwich was cold ...croquettes were drenched in oil. Empanada so greasy and soggy it fell apart at first bite like mush. I approached manager and she was like "yeah it's been happening, not sure why". That's it. Thanks. Life is expensive and Tropical Grille will always be # 1 ! Please address the concerns at this location! You guys are still the best!
The cashier tonight made it very well known she was inconvenienced by having to work. It was close to closing time which I appreciate wanting to get my to-go order out so she can start closing (we’ve all been there) but she didn’t close the lid on my food and slung a bunch of sauces in there. I Offered to pay as soon as I got there so that they could go ahead and close out, even though it was still before closing, and I tipped her 20%.
