I have been eating Tropical Grille since I moved here in 2014 and I've eaten the Chicken Veggie Bowl probably once a week for 11 years. Today I picked up my normal weekly order and the chicken is fatty/chewy. So I called the store and they advised that they switched to chicken thighs for their meat. This is devastating because I don't eat dark meat chicken. On top of that, I couldn't even eat the veggies because they were basically raw. They had been cooked, but just barely. My husband brought the order to the residence of our son and his family who we bought the food for. He brought it in and I unpacked it only to find no meat in the bags. My husband and son returned to the TG to get it right. They were very rude in not owning their mistake and saying to my husband “I don’t know what happened”. We will think twice before deciding that it is a good idea to come back to this place again. NOT!
