I ordered a large order for our Staff Meeting Lunch & everything went so smooth! The Manager, Dante, is WONDERFUL to work with! Hailey is a GREAT employee! She went through every order to make sure we got them all right - 18 in total! Very communicative & thorough! All of the food was fresh & very tasty! I'm excited to build a relationship with Tropical Grille as we incorporate them into our monthly Staff Meeting Lunch selections! Soooooo good!
Not sure what has happened to this chain. They used to be great. Today's experience was probably the worst. They were not extremely busy but it took an exceedingly long time to get my food. Soda fountain was leaking water out of the face of the dispenser so my hand got soaked while trying to fill my cup and they had NO ICE. Like none at all. Not out front, not in the back. When I walked in, I was a bit disappointed due to the uncleanliness of the place. The sitting area was clean but this is more the area where they prep your food. I love tropical grill but I don’t think I would come back to this particular location.
