Luis came out to take a look at the job. He was on time and very professional. I am looking forward to getting the project started. UPDATE 3 weeks later My wife paid Luis in full after he said he was finished with the job. It was already dark outside when she paid him. Upon inspection the next day, the job was clearly not finished. Sadly, I had paid him an extra $100 because I assumed he did a great job.
