The spring on our garage door broke on the morning of 10/30/25. We had used Tropical garage doors in the past and remembered how well they had treated us. My husband called first thing in the morning. They came the same day!! We were very impressed by Chris the technician who came to fix the door. He was professional and polite. He fixed the door within 45 minutes at a very reasonable price. We would recommend Tropical Garage doors to anyone.

Jason from Tropical came out and went over the garage door to find the problem. He diagnosed it and sent a crew out to repair the broken drive belt. The entire issue was repaired within 4 hours. Excellent service at an excellent price. No need to call another garage door company. Tropical Doors is the best.
