Dropped off work uteat fords request the code a new key a 10 minute job On arrival they need the Ute all day to do software update. We had to hire a vehicle. At 3 pm called to say pick up Ute. On arrival nothing had been done . The software would not load and they told me the ke was done months ago. That why I have a broken key as a spare!!!! Useless they have been the same for 20 years how they stay I business is a wonder Go anywhere else

Gwm tank 500 taken in for a ongoing warranty claim on passanger seat (12 months) which they claimed to have fix last time but is still exactly the same only with the added benifit of a backrest that digs into your ribs.today they told me nothing is wrong with the backrest and that they compared it to a brand new showroom tank 500. I did not believe them so I sat in said tank 500 and found astonishingly it doesn't did into your ribs. Had to get service manager involved. Awesome service! Had an oil return hose blow out on our travels and they squeezed us in last minute despite being busy!! Ash and the crew were amazing and we couldn't be more greatful.
