The absolute WORST people work here! We booked our vacation in Afvclub as my husband is a disabled vet and they offered a great price for a 9 bedroom 5 bathroom house we booked it a month ago they reached out to me 2 weeks ago to pay the 444.00 resort fee so they could sent my information to get to the house a week in advance. I wanted to write a full review of my disappointment. The room I’m referring to has twin pink beds; the sheets are stained, but it smells. I think it’s either the mattress or the mattress covers; it's a kids' room, and you may have had kids who urinated in the bed. The carpet is stained, and there's no hot or warm water in the bathroom sink. The top room, above the entertainment room, has a sink that drains slowly. The Balmoral community has gone down hill dramatically over the years. We have been staying there since 2019 and this past Memorial Day weekend will be the last time. The carpet is old and needs replaced, dirty scuffed walls, the air conditioning was at 88 degrees when we got there (blowing cold air) so obviously someone didn't turn it down in time for our arrival, the washer shakes so hard it physically moves out from it's position in the laundry room, the beds are lopsided, the pool is gross and murky, one of the slides wa... read more
Tropical Escapes Vacation Homes were top quality hosts for our family holiday. We had a slight issue with our pool when we arrived and they were out and had it rectified within 12 hours. Super fast reaction and response from them. The home was amazing and location perfect for visiting disney.
