We have just stayed at the balmoral estate in Haines city and our 4 bed house and pool was absolutely amazing. The customer service was 5 star , we reported our internet and someone came out straight away although it needed the network provider to come and fix it, so no internet for 4 days which was only really a problem when wanted to watch the tv when home from the parks. As someone currently staying in Windsor at Westside, all I can say is I’m extremely displeased with the blasé attitude we’ve been getting from this company about real issues. First off, they were made aware of my brother in laws lung condition in advance, where he needs oxygen, and that there was also a baby in the home. We came to the house to find the AC was broken, visible dust and mildew on the vents, along with a foul smell of death coming from one of the vents as well. Disgusting, Unsafe Property – Stranded by Virgin Holidays & Tropical Escapes We have stayed at this resort many times before without issue, which is why we rebooked. What we were given this time was not the same accommodation, and it was nothing short of appalling.
