Took several weeks to get an appointment for estimate. Once the owner came he never followed up even after leaving messages with the office staff (wife) ?
Used Tropical Dreams for a bathroom and kitchen reno. This company was fantastic from beginning to end. The office staff would called every day or two to tell us which contractor was coming that day and their estimated time of arrival. Their work crews did a great job and always answered my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Can’t say enough good about this company. Owner Robert has got a gem here!
I just wanted to commend Tropical Dreams Renovations for a job well done on our Kitchen remodel. They were very courteous and really took pride in their work which resulted in an awesome kitchen. I would highly recommend them because of their attention to detail as well as their work ethic. Thanks for a job well done. Dan Thoms
I called on Monday August 22 and left a message to call me back. They never call back so I guess they don't want my business
