My sister got her pool redone with this company back in April of 2024 to fix a crack that was causing a major leak. There was no issue with any of the stone work or tile work, but they did not actually fix the crack. Therefore, 4 months after they “repaired it,” it cracked again, messing up the new plaster. My sister and her husband have both tried reaching out to the company to rectify the problem, but the company will not take or return any of their calls. In April of last year, we had our pool redone and “fixed” by this company. However, within four months, the same large crack that was “fixed” had once again begun leaking water before summer had even ended. The company sent an employee to “patch” the crack, but unfortunately, the patch was ineffective, and we are now unable to contact Charles.
