First time customer appt was for 3pm. They called me at 10 to see if I can come in earlier. Got there at 1:30 and didn’t get called till 2:30. Sat in my chair for 40mins got up did X-rays came back for the doc to take a look at my teeth took like 5 mins. Waited some more in my chair like 15 mins for them to come and give me a treatment plan. This office is an absolute DIASTER! The scheduling staff is careless, unorganized, and completely unprofessional. My first appointment was booked over a month ago, only to be cancelled the day of because their dental chair supposedly “broke.” I was rescheduled two weeks later, then on the day of that appointment, I received yet another cancellation text because they were “short-staffed.” Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I called back with patience and understanding to reschedule. stay away, and if you have gone to this "dentist" file a grievance. she should have her license revoke, there is a reason why she left Dade county. and the poor people that work for this person I truly feel bad for not only did she misdiagnosed me within 2 minutes that she show up to the makeshift dental office( dry wall selection), but she wanted to pull my tooth out, when i question her, she just walk out!

#WARNING -UNPROFESSIONAL/PREJUDICE DENTIST(ms garcia) staff will refuse to give service if they don’t like you. (Also they will lie about what your insurance will or won’t cover to make extra money)

I had a tooth that needed to be extracted and the Oviedo office was able to get me in very quickly, especially as a new patient. And I couldn't wait as long as my dentist office was making me wait. The dentist and staff were amazing. Very quick and efficient all while really showing they care. I barely waited at all of my appointments. Wasn't finished signing in before they took me back at the Orlando office. Was in and out for my extraction. I had an easy recovery.
