Today was my actual visit and I would like to express gratitude to The hygienist who did a phenomenal job cleaning my Teeth. The fact I requested to be numb and that I don’t want to feel anything & she made sure of that. My teeth feels amazing now .. shout out to Tropical dentist Team who is so welcoming
I wouldn’t recommend this place.. My son is special needs they were made aware of this prior to making the appointment and still we waiting for an 1 hour past out appointment. I ask twice within that time period as well it was obvious he was getting inpatient. When I asked the last time I was told they had no idea when he would be seen. “There only response was would you like to reschedule”.. Hell No!!!! Do they not care that it takes a lot of work and time to bring someone with autism to an appointment. Of course not!

Good afternoon. If we are discussing poor customer service, TROPICAL DENTAL CLINIC deserves to be mentioned as one of the leading examples. During my first appointment at 9:00 a.m. at 4077 S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822, I was not seen until nearly two hours later. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there.
