It may take 4 or more days to get an ordinary business shirt cleaned. They do not clean on-site.
I checked my sport jacket before I left the cleaners, a good thing I checked it, none of the spots were removed. I told them to dry clean it again, same thing, looked like they just ironed it.
The store clerk confused my ticket with another customer, charged me $40 instead of $16. She said the manager would have to issue the credit "next week." The next day she called me to come in with my card to make the adjustment. Instead, not knowing how to use the computer, she rung me up for $161.12. Another local manager came by, offered no help, and refused to give me cash. Neither knew how to credit the now 3 erroneous charges to my debit card.
