I used Tropical Cleaners to dry clean my suit pants. When I picked up the pants, I noticed that the length had shrunk by about 2 inches. I also noticed that they felt tighter and that the feel of the material had changed significantly. I am pretty certain that the pants were machine washed. I called to inquire and was told by the manager "The pants were not machine washed. If they were machine washed, they would have shrunk and would feel differently". I wouldn't recommend bringing your wedding dress here . I can't say how their other services are but 100% no on the wedding dress . I had a beautiful 100% silk & lace soft beautiful dress . It's currently stiff as a board with a funny feeling / texture to it . The fabric is no longer supple . Even when I dropped it off I got a bad feeling , I should have listened to my instincts .
