WARNING... Do not use this company for anything. The previous review Chris wrote was polite compared to how bad they really are. I have spoke to more people since my horrible experience with them and every experience was terrible. They will take your money and you will never hear from them or see them again. They’re just too small to count on, and their answering service is either directed to be dishonest or misinformed. I needed a simple repair on a hot Saturday morning (on a unit they installed), and their answering service assured me TCA would respond within 30 minutes. After six hours and numerous calls to the answering service, TCA finally emailed that they could schedule the service call on Monday - 2 days later.
