Had Brad from Tropical Ceilings repair and replace one section of the roof eaves at our property. Within a year the section had fallen down to the ground. When we contacted Brad from Tropical Ceilings he attended the property to inspect the damage and advised that he would return to repair the section. Brad never returned and did not return any further phone calls made by us and we ended up getting another ceiling repair company to repair the damage. Well he started off fine, we watched him walk past us while we were having lunch. When I got up to see how he was going I noticed he had walked plaster around the unit. Then I realised there was plaster everywhere all over the floor where he had been working. He had not been able to get the ceiling in properly so he packed up and left without a word. Not very professional.
