I was here the day the client who gave the bad review was here and what she is saying is False! I have been coming here for years and she take very well care of my hair and every other client who sees her. That day the client who gave the bad review came in with her hair tangled and it took 45min for Marina to get her hair untangled and I watched clients walk out due to this. Marina is a beautiful person and she is very professional.

I was going here for years and never had a problem with my hair reverting back to my curl state. I’ve been natural for my whole life. I went to college and cut back on the heat tools. Came back to town needed a trim ,so I went here. She had a fit because my hair was in it natural state (tight) curls. She advised me that I needed to detangle my hair before coming to her.
