Had a bad experience with Gina. Went in twice with same problem vehicle hesitating. Computer indicated Exhaust Gas Recirculation problem. Gina supposedly sprayed a carbon cleaner in engine. Problem returned twice in within thirty minutes. My second mechanic at another shop found the real problem in 25 minutes. Mechanic explained that computer reader gives a list of possible problems. Great Experience!!! – I went to Tropical after being recommended by the Jiffy Lube down the street. I was help by a man named Lance who was very straight forward and knew what he was talking about. He was very helpful and they gave me a great deal on my car. I would recommend anyone to have your vehicle serviced by these guys. Great Place and ill be back to get more work done. THANK YOU!!!

CON WOMAN – My experience with this Gina/business owner happened about 5 years ago. However, it still irritates me that this woman took advantage of me. I paid around $500 to have my AC fixed by this con-artist, only to drive less than 100 miles - to have the compressor fall out of under my car! That's right, I drove from Daytona to the B-line (528) (when I was traveling 70 mph with my 9 year old son in the car) the compressor fell out from under the car and was dragging under the car by a hose. I had my car looked at by two different people, and everyone of them told me that the fuel pump was good, but I took it to them they said it was the fuel pump, hmmm??? When I got my car back they told me that it had another problem, and the last person who looked at it must had messed it up, and to come back so they could fix it, hmmm??? Why didn't they fix it or see it before? Two weeks later my car is no longer working...
