I was on my way to South Carolina via I95 when my battery light came on and my air conditioning began to blow hot air. I feared my serpentine belt broke. That fear became reality but the real problem was my air conditioner compressor seized up thus causing the belt to break. This was on a Thursday at 2pm. What fast great professional service I received great rates. Service with a smile. I am a first time Customer who will now be a customer for life.
It's notGina's fault but nothing was done about my vehicle, the Isuzu, Rodeo and we waited around for several hours the day she told us us to bring it in for some minor cosmetic fixes, I felt so disillusioned as first one and then two and then pretty much half-of Daytona Beach came in for car repairs with-out-so-much as a word from the staff [any] as to when we'd be taken. You tell me what's going on for I haven't a clue as to what's going on around there.
Great Experience!!! – I went to Tropical after being recommended by the Jiffy Lube down the street. I was help by a man named Lance who was very straight forward and knew what he was talking about. He was very helpful and they gave me a great deal on my car. I would recommend anyone to have your vehicle serviced by these guys. Great Place and ill be back to get more work done. THANK YOU!!!
CON WOMAN – My experience with this Gina/business owner happened about 5 years ago. However, it still irritates me that this woman took advantage of me. I paid around $500 to have my AC fixed by this con-artist, only to drive less than 100 miles - to have the compressor fall out of under my car! That's right, I drove from Daytona to the B-line (528) (when I was traveling 70 mph with my 9 year old son in the car) the compressor fell out from under the car and was dragging under the car by a hose.
