I have 2 issues from a previous AC company being non-responsive and faulty maintenance. I called Tropical Air and they made time to come out the same day because I had a leak. They gave me a time frame, they were on time and they fixed the problem charging a very fair price. Since then, I have had to call them for my 2nd AC unit and again they proved to be knowledgeable and responsive. We've used Tropical air for both our commercial and residential a/c replacement and repairs. Our installers were on time and the work performed right the first time. All staff from beginning to end were very professional. Best A/C company in town!
