Edward and the whole team at Tropical have been great. We have used them for service calls and repairs and for a major renovation of our house (new units, new ductwork, etc.). The communication has been great, upfront pricing was always provided, and the work was completed properly and on time. We have been very pleased with Tropical and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you Tropical Air & Heat!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! They were supposed to come out for a service request I was told they would be there between 3-5pm. Called the day of to get a status and the receptionist said she would find out and call me right back.She never called back. No one ever showed up or called. Fast forward a week later, I call them and apparently "they overbooked themselves" so I was bumped. But not just bumped until the next day. TAKEN OFF THE LIST COMPLETELY.
