TL;DR While the location is convenient and the apartments are spacious, I found reception to be incompetent and rude. Save yourself the hassle and stay in an actual hotel. During a trip in July with family, I stayed here for one night, then checked out as we had an overnight boat tour to the Great Barrier Reef. We then returned for two more nights to finish the rest of our stay in Cairns. Séjour de 2 jours fin mars. La personne a l acceuil est très sympa. Par contre nous donnions sur la route principale et le double vitrage pas suffisant. Donc 2 nuits très bruyantes même en pleine nuit (l hôpital est en plus situé pas très loin). Donc si vous souhaitez réserver je vous conseille d'exiger une vue sur cour (Nb nous avions la 106) ou de passer votre chemin sauf si le bruit des voitures vous berce.

Convenient location for driving to the CBD and the northern coast. Free parking at the front and back. The management was super responsive. The room was equipped with a tub for a nice soak after a sweaty day. The aircon was very effective. Room was old but everything was working and in good condition. The couch could use some deep cleaning though. The stain looked unsanitary.
