We recently had our covered patio and pool remodeled by Tropic Pools, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team provided top-notch service and was always available to answer questions and guide us through the process. They truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and the results speak for themselves—our outdoor space looks incredible. Overall, the service was fair. There were a few hiccups along the way. Not all the proper calls were made to verify the location of buried lines and the main line to our house was cut during excavation. We had to have a temporary bypass installed and Paul was a little sour about having to cover that cost. Before our pool decking was installed, they were supposed to fix a crack in the existing slab. Tropic pools came in and gave our deck a total facelift and we couldn't be happier. They removed our old non-working cool deck surface and gave us a beautiful unpatterned deck. The color palate we choose fits our space perfect and we love it. We plan many years of enjoyment with the new deck. The team was professional from prep to cleanup and were great in explaining the process and walking thru tricky areas on our deck. You cant go wrong choosing Tropic for your pool dreams.
