We recommend Tropic Pools to anyone looking for a spa on Kauai. We bought a Dimensions 1 spa last May and will be getting our second for another of our Kauai Vacation Rentals. The spa itself is awesome but what sets them apart is the service. Helen and Jason have been quick to trouble shoot any problems. Unfortunately my spa did have a blown fuse about 8 months after purchase but Jason worked on it and fixed it within 2 days of calling.
