Been a resident for 13 years plus. Great place to live. As all Co-ops there are ups and down. Go with the flow and be happy 😃
Parking is not good for more than one vehicle. My location hosts a bully of a neighbor that loves enforcing rules on others while breaking the rules to suit their selfish needs. Dog poop in different areas can be a problem. And of course different rules for different folks depending on who you are in the commmunity. Spend your money elsewhere. You can do better than here.
