Tropix Pools came by today and cleaned my filter and did a wonderful job. They are always super informative, take the time to walk me through any questions I have, and provide great service every visit. Highly recommend them!

Contracted Tropic Island Pools to build a pool and outdoor kitchen, which included a 3 year warranty. We have open warranty items that they will not resolve and will not return phone calls, emails, etc. Save yourself the headache and choose another competent builder who will communicate better. Most recent issue is that the columns crumbling. Made them out of CMU and Without a foundation, said gunnite crew didn’t have time to spray them when pool was formed. Still 2 years left of warranty and not even a call back.

Called and left a vm for this company 3 days ago. Broken pump. No call back. No nothing. This company doesn’t know how to do the basics - answer the phone, call power back, etc. Delete them from your contacts and find the pool guys who know how basic business 101 works. The phone rings, you answer it, or call them back the next day. Not complicated.
