Nice place and staff.
The person on staff, Jennifer I believe her name was, was nice but the room that my family and I were put in was dirty and had mold so my family and I ended up checking out same day. There was a hair ball in the bathroom on the window ledge and hair all on the bed as well as dog or cat food on the floor. I have an infant son and I didn’t want him exposed to that. We felt like we found a gem of a place close to all the fun experiences in Port A! The pool was so nice, the location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do including the park and dolphin playground, the beach, and our favorite restaurant just across the street (San Juan Mexican restaurant i believe). Staff were kind and helpful! Would definitely stay again!
