What a great family owned business!! I called Tropic Cooling at 5:30PM on a hot summer day in July after coming home to a hot house after my air conditioner stopped working. 45 minutes later, Nick was here, and he had it fixed in 15 more minutes! He was able to quickly determine that I needed a new capacitor.
