The equipment is always well functioning and sanitary, but they could use better staff. When I originally went in to get a month membership I had a couple of questions, she had answered none, it honestly seemed like she didn't know the answers. So I sucked it up and got the month membership anyways. Every time I have gone in there to tan, I never get acknowledged, no smiling faces to greet you, let alone someone who actually seems to like their job. I love tropi tan's tanning equipment. I always receive a great, even toned tan. Out of all the tropi tans in the Flint area, the Mt. Morris location has the rudest employees. I drive way out of my way to go to a different location to receive great help.
