We recently had Tropi-Cool apply privacy films to our home. Dustin was at our house the next day & the job was finished within 2 days from our initial enquiry. After reading online reviews I was surprised they where nothing like my experience. I listened to recommendations to go for a darker tint which was way to dark, sort of my fault but thought listening to professional advice might be the way to go. The work was sub contracted to someone else. When I complained about the quality of work they never replied to emails just sent more invoices which I 90% paid hoping for after sales service to kick in. We were so happy with the product and service that when we built our new home, we engaged Scott and his team again. We highly recommend Tropi-Cool, the product makes a big reduction in the heat and glare in our home and the staff are very friendly, courteous and efficient.
