i haven't been to the office since last august (7 months) and i randomly received an invoice for over 100 dollars with no explanation. So i tried to call the office during office hours TWELVE times and no one picked up the darn phone once. I also tried to call the number on the invoice itself and it was disconnected. Once i get this resolved i will be finding a new dentist - due to their front desk / lack of communication
The staff is amazing literally all of them ... I never like the dentist but now I do Thank you Trophy Smiles
The Dentist Dr Reynolds was awesome. The hygienist the front desk the dental assistants all awesome 💯. I highly recommend this Dentist
I was so very informed. Dr. Reynolds was such an intelligent dentist and he and all the staff made me feel like we had been knowing each other for years. I've about been told since I was a little boy that I don't meet any strangers. I would like to know how the staff at TrophySmiles feel about their encounter with me as a New Patient. I my opinion the entire staff that I met with today was extremely professional and friendly.
Customer service was amazing at this location. Very professional.
