I’ve been bringing my kids for years, I brought my Dad today for extractions and I’m satisfied with how everything went! The staff and doctor is amazing! My dad is satisfied as well! I used a Groupon for a “comprehensive exam” which I assumed meant a cleaning. 14 months later I received a bill in the mail for $216. When I disputed it they said that a cleaning is not included as part of the comprehensive exam; however they did not inform me of this at the time of the service. I’m posting this in case it helps anyone sense in a similar situation.
