A beautiful location. They could have it all- if the service didn’t suck so bad. 20 min before we even saw a bartender.
Hard to say much about food and atmosphere in a place when the service is so terrible. We sat at the bar and the place was moderately busy. 15 mins in and not even an acknowledgment from any of the staff who were right there. The kicker was when someone walked up to the bar and was immediately greeted and served. We just left. It really is a place to avoid - the servers don’t want to be there and the manager couldn’t care less. Plenty of other choices in town who actually want your business.
Where do I start. They had 1.5 bartenders/servers for 30+ people. Had to go to bar to order food at your table. Half of what people ordered they were out of. Took forever to order a drink and it wasn’t even that crowded. They need a barback and one more bartender-server at least for a Friday night.
Should probably stop kitchen service if it takes over an hour for cold food to be served to guests. Orders were wrong despite the wait. Embarrassing to bring family in from out of town and "dine" here.
