THIS COMPANY DOES EVERYTHING ILLEGALLY. 1. Do not have a credit card machine readily available .Lie to customer saying that the machine is having issues. 2. Will try to pressure you to sign a release form before you see the condition Of your vehicle. 3. Do not want to let you see the car what so ever. 4. Even after signing release form will not let you see the car until payment is made. The worst service possible. The manager and only employ most likely is highly unprofessitonal is has very poor poor customer service skills. Hung up phone on me when I was to inquire about something, screamed at my elderly mother, and claims he is unpolite because it is a tow trucking agency and everyone hates us. It is upseting to know that when getting your car back from a towing agency, they have to be rude on top of it all. They do not provide RECEIPT on top of that.
