Camilo was my advisor, and he was excellent from start to finish. My car needed extensive repairs, and although delays occurred that weren’t the shop’s fault, Camilo kept me updated every step of the way. His communication and professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free. When I picked up my car, it looked practically brand new. I later noticed a small issue, and the shop quickly fixed it without hesitation. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this repair shop.
Juan is useless. I provided my vin and said what I needed. He got "too busy" He wanted me to bring car by to get a free estimate. How hard is it to give me a price to replace wheels that came on my car from NISSAN factory 😔 most body shops do stuff from pics these days.
While they were doing the repairs they kept me updated the entire way. They also finished 10 days early.
I recently had my car serviced and some body repairs done here and I really appreciate them going over and beyond to provide such great service. They made sure that they communicated well before , during and after the service so I had absolutely no doubt that my vehicle was in good hands.
