I am beyond frustrated with my experience. After waiting two months for an appointment to address multiple software glitches, I was met with a "diagnostic fee" threat rather than a solution. Despite the vehicle being under full warranty, the staff informed me that if they couldn't replicate the software issues on the spot, I would be liable for a $450.00 fee. Eddie always takes great care of us. After having car serviced at MB of Beverly Hills for years, I am happy I made the switch.
Calling them for service department appointment. Nobody picking up or they putting me on hold forever and just hanging up. Horrible, horrible customer service, very disappointed
BIGGEST SCAM Location! Eddie in service lies and misrepresents information. I was mis led to believe a 2024 G550 with 19k Miles needed Back rotors & breaks costing $5800 because "it was metal on metal and so dangerous" only to find out it was a LIE!! Paperwork shows that the repairs were premature and not needed- Basically they just scam people! DO NOT GO HERE! Managers do not help either!
