Best Mercedes service I have dealt with. Everyone is doing their job efficiently with a smile. They offered to drop me off and pick me up once my car was ready which made the experience more pleasant. Leslie and Drew took good care of me.
Not a great experience! The dealership lied to me about a hidden damage to the Rear bumper and when I contacted them a few days after buying the car, they even insinuated that I caused the damage. Unbelievable! Stay away from these scammers!!!
I am beyond frustrated with my experience. After waiting two months for an appointment to address multiple software glitches, I was met with a "diagnostic fee" threat rather than a solution. Despite the vehicle being under full warranty, the staff informed me that if they couldn't replicate the software issues on the spot, I would be liable for a $450.00 fee. It is ridiculous to expect a customer to "prove" intermittent software bugs under the threat of a massive charge. This is not "The Best or Nothing"—this is predatory... read more
