I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this family practice. I’ve called multiple times trying to get a referral processed and have left several voicemails with no follow-up. I understand they have a stated two-week turnaround time for referrals, but the issue is the complete lack of communication. PA Carol Addy is one of the best providers I’ve encountered. She is professional with a bedside manner that comforts you. She’s extremely knowledgeable and cares about her patients. As someone who was pretty healthy but has now encountered some health issues, I felt heard. I didn’t feel like just another patient, and I visit the office quite often. I can’t convey enough how I appreciate the level of care I receive from Carol Addy and team. The entire office is a joy!
I been going here seeing Dr. Yi and for the last year I been getting not the best care. I go on the portal to request refills and sometimes they respond some times they don’t. I call leave messages and never get phone calls back. I do not know what happened to the care here but it sure is lacking lately.
